DESCRIPTION OF EVENT: We in Handshake have the unparalleled opportunity and pleasure of releasing our first full length album at our HEADLINING show at Bottom of the Hill!

… We are ecstatic to invite everyone (especially those of you who have supported us the past two and half years) to join us in celebrating our release with an INCREDIBLE lineup of bands.

We honestly can’t believe our good fortune of having a group of some of the best bands in the area to be sharing the stage with us on this exciting night. We are huge fans of these three bands, and we think you should be too! So PLEASE give them a listen if you haven’t already because they are going to put on ONE HELL OF A SHOW:

~Bird by Bird http://www.facebook.com/birdbybird
An indie-rock-pop duo from Berkeley, CA consisting of singer/guitarist Jonathan Devoto (previously of the Matches) and drummer/singer Ross Traver. We’ve been gigging with BBB since the beginning of our journey as a band. They put on a fantastically entertaining show and are definitely worth checking out.

These guys are an absolutely phenomenal group that puts on an ungodly show. They’re a SEVEN PIECE Indie/Folk/Soul/Rock with energy that packs a serious punch!

~Owl Paws http://www.facebook.com/Owlpaws
A local San Francisco acoustic/folk group that we love. They’ll be kicking off the night with amazingly original and beautiful folk tunes!

Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who has been there to watch us grow as a group. We would absolutely love for you to join us for a wonderful night of lighthearted celebration!
