Zero to Hero Films was awesome enough to get a little video rundown of what we here at SoCoRock do. Thanks to Chris Parsons for doing this for us as we broadcast this show, live from Spanckys Bar in Cotati, California (Listen to the podcast of King Must Die, Infex and Seeds of Hate from that night)
Last Saturday, Spanckys Bar was the host of 3 incredible metal performances. The one to break the ice was Infex, a thrash metal group from the East Bay with influences like Slayer and Suicidal Tenancies. Their set was recorded on our backup equipment but the first part was not streamed live (as we were fending off someone maliciously attempting to take our website down) – We gave them the old ‘heave-ho’ (in the name of metal, of course) and came back streaming the majority of Infex’s awesome show for the world!
Motogruv TORE IT UP at The Tradewinds Bar on Sunday, February 12th! 2 fantastic sets of pure Sonoma County rock, and we caught the second set as a podcast, after a bit of trouble streaming live online. Motogruv is a show you don’t want to pass up – check our calendar for the next time they’re playing and be sure to be there, and order some Whiskey shots while you’re at it!
